Shipping

• In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days; your tracking link is emailed the moment the order leaves the warehouse.
• Free standard shipping on US orders over $99 (3–7 business days).
• Flat $12 standard shipping on US orders under $99.
• Express (2 business days) available at checkout for $24.
• International shipping to Canada, the UK, EU, Australia and more, calculated at checkout.
• Every order ships tracked.

Duties & customs

• US orders: the total you pay at checkout is final — no additional duties, taxes or customs fees on delivery.
• International orders: your parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country's customs authority. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
• All parcels are declared accurately at their full order value.

100-day trial

Cook with it. Really. You have 100 days from delivery to decide a piece belongs in your kitchen. If it does not, we arrange collection and refund you in full — including original shipping. No restocking fees, no "did you really use it" interrogation.

Returns

Returning a piece takes three steps — no phone calls, no forms to chase:

• Step 1 — tell us: email support@martholm.com within 100 days of delivery with your order number and the items you are returning. We reply within 1 business day.
• Step 2 — ship it back on us: we email a prepaid return label (US) or arrange a courier collection (international) within 1 business day. You never pay return shipping for trial-period returns.
• Step 3 — refunded: once the item reaches our returns center, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days — full item price, including any original shipping you paid. No restocking fees, no deductions.

Returns center: Martholm Returns, 义乌雄川贸易有限公司, Room 701-702, Building 7, Lugang E-commerce Town, Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. Parcels are logged on arrival and you receive a confirmation email the day your refund is issued, so the status is always traceable.

Warranty

Every Martholm piece carries a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Here is exactly how a claim plays out:

• Email support@martholm.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Your order confirmation is your proof of purchase — no registration or warranty card needed.
• We acknowledge every claim within 2 business days and give you the decision — replacement, repair or full refund — within 10 business days.
• If a return is needed, we send a prepaid label; we cover shipping both ways for confirmed defects.

The warranty does not cover misuse (overheating an empty pan, thermal shock, dishwasher damage on coated items) or ordinary wear of nonstick performance over time — the full text is in our Terms of Service.

Caring for your cookware

• Ceramic nonstick: medium heat, a little oil, silicone or wooden tools.
• Enameled cast iron: low to medium heat; avoid thermal shock (no cold water into a hot pan).
• All items: hand wash keeps them beautiful longest.
